Instructions:
1. Short Press the COUNT & RESET key to add 1, and long press the COUNT & RESET key to zero.
2. Press M to enter the adjustment time mode and S to change the value.
3. Sleep mode will automatically enter if you do not use it for about 15 minutes. In sleep mode, after waking up by pressing the COUNT & RESET key, the screen displays the value before sleep, at which time it can count normally.
